Abstract

The stages of creation, implementation and effective use of such a technological innovation as a digital portal for the sale of a wide range of telecommunications services to consumers are considered. The composition of the requirements for the Digital Portal project being implemented is being formed and analyzed. The functional capabilities of the digital portal for the sale of telecommunications services, the requirements for displaying and purchasing product offers, and the compilation of functional designs are determined.
