Abstract

Based on the analysis of the dynamics and structure of the liabilities of a credit institution, the article provides an assessment of the state of own and borrowed funds of a commercial bank. There is a decrease in bank liabilities of a credit institution for all sources of their formation. Proposals are given to improve the efficiency of raising funds to commercial banks. The current situation of the country's financial market is characterized by the fact that the national fund of banking resources is shrinking. This means that banks in a competitive environ-ment must develop a system for attracting resources, because the profitability and efficiency of a commercial bank in the country depends on this tool.
