Abstract
With the development of information technologies, the search, accumulation, and processing of scientific information are undergoing dramatic changes, since these processes are being simplified due to the availability of scientific publications, studies, books in electronic form, as well as the conglomeration of these sources in electronic scientific libraries and portals.
