Abstract

This article discusses the results of a scientific study of the state and development of the economy of the industrial sectors of the energy sector of the Kyrgyz Republic and their optimization based on modeling. The transition to market relations requires a new approach to solving the problems of energy construction, choosing directions, scales and sources of financing. The main directions of improving the management system of the industrial energy sector at the present stage of its development is to create acceptable conditions for consistent, operational, rational and effective control of their activities in each specific situation. Modern economic information used for the management of the industrial energy sector should be detailed, objective, as well as operational and ensure management with the highest degree of efficiency. Currently, a scheme for the successful functioning of the optimization system has not yet been developed, for this it is necessary to study the positive and negative experience of foreign enterprises in order to avoid mistakes and make appropriate management decisions. In addition, optimization in the energy industry is considered, as a rule, from the perspective of cost management and regulation. Under these conditions, modeling as a method of justifying decisions, forecasting and optimizing their consequences is used in almost all areas of human activity. In many cases, building models avoids unnecessary costs and ensures the safety of planned actions, while in others, building models is the only possible way to gain new knowledge – for example, creating models of the universe and the origin of the universe. Namely, hypotheses are formulated on the basis of models and professional judgments in a particular field of science and practice are formed with their help. The development of any science is the creation and improvement of models of the objects that this science studies. Therefore, the modeling method aimed at creating models in the subject area under consideration is one of the most important tools for developing its theory and, on this basis, improving its practice.
