Abstract

The article deals with the issues of socio-economic security of Russian dairy industry enterprises, methods of determination, ways of improvement. It is shown that all elements of socio-economic security of enterprises are interconnected and represent a consistent interaction, the result of which is the production of a sufficient amount of food that meets the requirements of regulatory documents of quality. In connection with the above, it is particularly important to develop methods and techniques for assessing the state of dairy enterprises, as well as the choice of indicators for these purposes. As a solution to this problem, it was proposed to use the possibilities of multivariate multi-factor models for the development of the enterprise's economic mechanism.
