Abstract

The relevance is due to the fact that at the present time, when every company is fighting for continuous improvement of the main indicators of success, it is necessary to find the right strategies to keep each of the aspects at the highest level and combine quality, values and culture in order to provide the best product/service.
The purpose of the study. To investigate the level of management of the automotive industry of assembly engineering for the effectiveness of the quality of the final product.
Result. Management analysis of the automotive industry of assembly engineering is carried out using Euler circles through the category triplex: quality: values: culture. The interrelationships of generations, service life and resource of key components for different car models are analyzed.
Conclusion. It is established that in modern conditions, changes in culture bring changes in both quality and values, automakers design their cars based on the values that they set themselves, so the Mercedes-Benz S-class model is its main value, to comfortably transport passengers both in the 1980s and in 2021, but at the same time the production culture has changed, which has led to changes in the quality of the final product.
