Abstract
The purpose of the work is to identify the main business trends of innovative activity of trading enterprises
and their analysis. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved: business trends and features of innovations in
the trade sphere were characterized, their groups were identified, the results of their implementation were formulated; prospects for the use of artificial intelligence in trade were presented; innovative business trends were analyzed on
specific examples.
Materials and methods. Methods of comparative analysis and study of information materials of research and
analytical companies were used.
Results. The analysis of the positive effect of the use of process innovations in business, including in the field
of trade, is given. The result of the introduction of innovations in trade is an increase in the efficiency of trade and
technological processes, an increase in turnover and profit with a reduction in labor costs, an increase in the quality and
speed of services, which positively affects customer loyalty and helps in competition.
Conclusion. The use of innovations in the field of trade has a positive effect on sales growth, contributes to the
modernization of the technological process, allows you to analyze consumer behavior and preferences.
