Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of a methodology for identifying innovative skills in industry 4.0 using machine learning tools. Approaches to identifying innovative skills are considered and their advantages and disadvantages are evaluated. A four-stage methodology for identifying innovative skills based on an array of job advertisements is proposed. The approach developed and adapted to the conditions of the innovative economy includes such stages as the formation of an array of ads, the extraction of skills from ads, the formation and validation of skill clusters. The proposed methodology makes it possible to identify innovative skills, information about which will be in demand by businesses, governments, education systems and individual educational institutions.
