Abstract
In today’s world, where technology is developing at a rapid pace, the use of innovations in career guidance
is becoming increasingly important. Russia does not stay away from this trend and actively implements innovative
approaches to choosing a profession.
To increase the effectiveness of this work, various methods are used: data analysis, creation of specialized platforms
for testing and consulting, development of virtual training environments and games for career guidance.
The use of modern technologies makes it possible to achieve more accurate results in determining the professional
preferences and capabilities of students. This helps to increase satisfaction and success in choosing a career.
The necessity of creating a single platform combining testing with the analysis of responses by artificial intelligence,
a database of up-to-date labor market data, as well as the possibilities of a virtual environment to improve the effectiveness
of career guidance has been identified.
