Description

Leptospirosis is still a problematic zoonosis in the clinical manifestation, pathogenesis and differential diagnosis in different animal species. In the Kaluga region, 334 sheep of the Romanov breed were examined, of which 320 were examined using microagglutination (RMA) blood, 14 sheep were forced to kill for pathological studies. Clinical and epizootological, serological and pathological studies have made it possible to make a diagnosis - the sheep are sick with leptospirosis.
