Abstract

The work is devoted to studying the features of biodegradation of rabbit fur skins during storage in case of violation of storage conditions. An organoleptic assessment and study of the structural damage of samples of skins of rabbit breed "white giant" were carried out. The degree of structural damage to the skins of rabbit fur was revealed, depending on the shelf life under conditions favorable for microbiological processes.
