Abstract

The article presents the results of studies on the use of Dibaq feed in feeding Siberian sturgeon in the conditions of the Northern Trans-Urals. “Dibaq” is an energy food with an optimal protein content of animal origin, and the vegetable component of the protein mainly contains pre-gelatinized starches, the advantage of which is a very high digestibility. To prevent excessive lipid in the muscles and tissues of fish, the fat content is limited. At the same time, the use of high-quality fish oil provides optimal levels of essential fatty acids necessary for the good growth and health of sturgeon fish. In addition, Dibaq include a vitamin and mineral complex specifically designed for sturgeons. The purpose of the research was to study the effectiveness and feasibility of using Dibaq feed in feeding Siberian sturgeon. It was established that the gross increase in the live weight of sturgeons fed this food increased by 11,4%, profit - by 8,6%, profitability - by 3,0%.
