Abstract

The article is devoted to the development of the most affordable and effective method of inactivation of Brucella melitensis. Brucella was inactivated by two methods: formalinization and heating in a water bath. Cultures of the strain Brucella melitensis were obtained after serial dilution and cultured on various nutrient media. The completeness of inactivation was confirmed by cultivation on nutrient media. According to the results of the study, the most affordable effective and safe method of inactivation of brucella is their heating in a water bath. To identify the nucleotide sequence of brucella, DNA was extracted from brucella, then DNA sections were amplified by PCR to determine three genes (omp31, sp41 and p39).
