Abstract

The article presents data on the study of the effectiveness of the drug "Fibralin", containing a complex of substances of a phospholipid and polysaccharide nature, in liver damage in laboratory animals on the background of experimental associative mycotoxicosis. It was established that feeding rats with food contaminated with mycotoxins in the T-2 association of toxin, zearalenone and aflatoxin B1 leads to the development of intoxication in animals with dominant signs of liver damage. The use of the Fibralin preparation leads to a weakening of the action of toxicants, which is demonstrated by an increase in the safety of rats, changes in animal body weight, and a weakening of the clinical manifestations of intoxication. The pharmacological effect of the drug leads to an improvement in biochemical homeostasis and the functional state of the liver of experimental rats, and a decrease in the intensity of lipid peroxidation and hepatocyte cytolysis. The results of the study justify the feasibility of using the drug "Fibralin" as a detoxifier and hepatoprotector in veterinary medicine.
