Abstract

The article presents the results of the cultivation of Cl. chauvoei on semi-synthetic and modified nutrient media in order to obtain a greater yield of bacterial mass. for further use in the production of vaccines against emphysematous carbuncle in cattle and small cattle. The results of a study of the safety and immunogenic activity of experimental vaccine series in laboratory animals are also presented.
