Abstract

The article provides an analysis of egg consumption in 2000–2016. by region of the country. Of the surveyed regions, 57 regions - 73,1% (of the total number of surveyed regions) have a steady increase in egg consumption. Statistical research methods were used, the dependence of the income of the population on the level of egg consumption was revealed, and the dependence of production on egg consumption was revealed. A regression model is built in Excel and an interpretation of the results is given. The prospects for further growth in egg consumption are identified.
