Abstract

The article contains data on the use of the new domestic feed additive “Melavitplus” used with drinking water for growing quail from the first day. The authors compare the effectiveness of the use of additives containing plant-derived melanin and organic acids with the previously used Hydrolactiv additive, evaluate their effect on the increase in live weight of quail, the onset of egg production, egg weight and biochemical composition.
