Abstract

The experiments were conducted in 2014–2018. in farms of various legal forms of ownership of the Saratov and Lugansk regions. It was established that in deep-shelled heifers with a full symptom complex of subclinical ketosis, the content of ketone bodies in the urine is higher than 0,5 mmol / l, the level of ketone bodies is 2,3 times higher than the physiological limits and their fractions - AsAc and BH - 5,9 and 1,5 times; there is a characteristic decrease in buffer bases and glucose concentration, as well as in the HV / AcAc coefficient, to 1,53 ± 0,28, which indicates a metabolic metabolic disorder characteristic of ketosis. Pregnancy complications are most often presented as subclinical ketosis (30,57%), preeclampsia syndrome (27,72%), osteodystrophy (16,86%), hepatopathy (10,73%) and renal syndrome (14,33%). Significant differences (difference> 25%) between domestic and foreign breeding heifers were revealed during pregnancy complications in the form of osteodystrophy and hepatopathies, which, in our opinion, is associated with complex neurohumoral, morphological, adaptive-compensatory and other pathological changes, with impaired optimal conditions for the development of the embryo and the fetus. A significant proportion (18,9–24,4%) show general inhibition, 26,7% decrease in appetite, 22,2% have ictericity of visible mucous membranes, 21,1–35,6% have weak romania, and 10,0 , 16,7-XNUMX% marked increase in the boundaries of the liver. Microscopic examination of the liver revealed that the tension of lipid metabolism leads to the accumulation of lipids in the liver while maintaining the trabecular structure on the periphery of the lobules. In the center of the liver, large-droplet fatty degeneration is recorded with the predominant preservation of the structure of hepatocytes at its periphery, where small-droplet fatty degeneration is observed. Lobules of the liver are preserved, large droplet fatty degeneration is observed in its center, and on the periphery the structure of hepatocytes is preserved and small droplet fatty degeneration is noted.
