Abstract

A bird's egg is a unique biological object used not only in poultry farming for incubation, but also in human nutrition. In this regard, great attention is paid to the assessment of the quality of eggs, since its biological, nutritional and commercial value depends on this. Therefore, the quality of eggs (i.e., the degree of conformity with their purpose and the requirements) is determined by many attributes and is measured by a number of digital indicators.
