Abstract

The article presents the results of studies obtained in a production experiment on cows during dead periods and lactation on the inclusion of concentrated feed premix (PKK 60-3) (TU 9296-004-44380245-97) in the diet and its effect on the prevention of mastitis and milk quality . The experiment was carried out on two groups of cows of black-motley holsteinized breed, 14 animals each. The premix was introduced into the feed at a dose of 70 g / head / day. dry cows 15 days before calving, and lactating cows within 15 days after calving. It was found that the premix containing lysozyme has a prophylactic effect on the manifestation of mastitis in cows, helps to reduce the incidence of mastitis by 14,28% and to reduce the period of the disease by 5-6 days, increase productivity by 15,6% compared with the group of cows receiving the supplement.
