Abstract

The article presents the results of culturing anaerobic bacteria clostridia to produce toxins and antigenic cultures with better growth properties. The possibility of co-cultivation and use of modified culture media for the deep cultivation of clostridia strains in a bioreactor is shown. The results of studying the safety and immunogenic activity of experimental series of vaccines grown on various nutrient media in laboratory animals are also presented.
