Abstract
The article reflects the effect of an autologous cellular product from adipose tissue on the morphological and mechanical properties of the Achilles tendon in rats under conditions of induced injury. Scientifically substantiated data on the stimulating effects of the tested fraction on the regenerative processes of the tendon in the experimental group of animals in comparison with the control analogs, which are confirmed by micromorphological transformations of collagen structures, namely, the thickness of the fiber bundles, their unidirectionality and structural organization. The morphological parameters of tendon tissue correlate with its biomechanical characteristics. In terms of elastic-deformative properties, the tendon of animals with transplantation of the tested cell product approaches that of the intact group. All this confirms the feasibility of using this cell product in veterinary traumatology and orthopedics.
