Abstract

Based on the studies carried out, it was found that on the territory of the Omsk region, horse leptospirosis is recorded annually, proceeds in an asymptomatic form and has a latent course. Clinical signs: jaundice, muscle tissue damage, impaired coordination of movement, iridocyclitis, damage to the nervous system and deformity of the joints, abortion; at autopsy: yellowness of the mucous membranes, hemorrhages in the bladder, damage to the cortical layer of the kidneys. In the Omsk region, serotypes of Leptospira Icterohaemorrhagiae, Tarassovi, Hebdomadis, Canicola circulate among horses.
