On December 14, 2023, a presentation of the monograph by Igor Valerievich Pilipenko, Ph.D., MPA, published by the Scientific Library Publishing House, took place, head of the laboratory of socio-economic problems of housing policy at the Institute of Socio-Economic Problems of Population named after N.M. Rimashevskaya FNISC RAS, director of the Institute of Competitiveness and Integration (NIIKI) entitled “Housing construction in the republics of the USSR over 70 years: macroanalysis.” The presentation took place at the Plekhanov House of the Russian National Library (RNL) in St. Petersburg as part of the XXXVI meeting of the RNL Discussion Club in face-to-face and online formats.
